Air Canada Component of CUPE
The Air Canada Component of CUPE, representing more than 7000 Flight Attendants and Airline workers for Air Canada, has decided to switch to the LabourWare.net Membership Management and Grievance System. The new system will provide Executives and Stewards better access to Membership and Grievance data.
With Offices in Montreal, Toronto, Calgary and Vancouver, the Air Canada Component has a very distributed Executive. Local Executives initiate grievances in the field, and Headquarters can follow their progress, and jump in when the need arises. It brings autonomy closer to the member, which means a higher level of responsiveness and service - which ultimately leads to happier members.
