Peter Douglas is our other lead Labour Consultant. Peter retired  in January, 2005 as Director of the Ontario Region of the Canadian Union of Public Employees (CUPE). Over the course of 30 years, Peter developed a wide exposure to the different aspects of work in the labour movement.

He also participated in numerous rounds of negotiations, mediations, grievance meetings and presented over 150 arbitration cases. While in the Hamilton Office of CUPE, he served a term as President of the Hamilton Labour Council.

His interest in the application of technology to union work helps LabourWare develop tools that work for unions.
